This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit this HybriqsOS landing page, join the beta waitlist or book a Discovery Call.
1. Data controller

2. Beta waitlist
When you sign up, we store your name and email address. Company, role and company size are optional. We also store your consent, an internal identifier, signup source, language, signup page and signup timestamps.
3. Purposes and grounds
We use these details to manage your beta application, contact you when a place becomes available and prepare your onboarding. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time. Booking appointments and responding to enquiries serve the contact you have requested. Technical operations and protection against abuse serve our interest in a secure, functioning website. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Hosting and storage
The website is provided through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites and runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Waitlist data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. OpenAI and Cloudflare may process technical data, including IP address, browser information, requested page and access time, for operations, access control and security.

5. Discovery Call and Calenso
We use Calenso for the free 30-minute Discovery Call. A connection to Calenso is established when you click the booking button or display the calendar after joining the waitlist. Calenso processes the information you enter in its booking form, appointment details and technical access data to arrange the appointment and send appointment communications. The calendar loads only after you request a booking or successfully join the waitlist; the separate link opens it on Calenso.
6. Processing abroad
Our hosting infrastructure operates internationally. OpenAI and Cloudflare may also process data in the United States and the European Economic Area; this landing page does not guarantee storage exclusively in Switzerland. Cloudflare describes safeguards for international transfers, including the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Details about countries and safeguards are available in the provider policies linked above. Calenso states that its service uses servers located in Switzerland.
7. Cookies and external content
We do not embed our own advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this landing page. Hosting, sign-in and booking providers may use technically necessary cookies or similar technologies. Hero videos, images and fonts are served directly from this website.
8. Retention
We retain waitlist and contact data for as long as needed for the beta application, contact and onboarding. After consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested, we delete data unless legal retention duties or overriding legitimate grounds require otherwise. Technical logs and booking data are also subject to the respective providers’ retention rules.
9. Data security
We use HTTPS for data transmission and restrict access to stored data to authorised people and the service providers involved. The waitlist is used for contact management; admission to the beta is not determined by an automated individual decision.
10. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion and, where applicable, a copy or transfer of your data, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact info@ascendx.ch.

11. Applicable law and updates
Processing is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We update this policy when website features or service providers change.
