Michael brings over 15 years of company-building experience. As Calenso co-founder and former board chairman, he built appointment software serving over 50,000 corporate customers, followed by an exit in the double-digit million range in 2024. He is also co-founder and CEO of medtech company Calopad.
At AscendX, Michael works on process diagnosis, go-to-market and HybriqsOS. His focus is turning a specific business workflow into a practical AI solution.
Patrick is an entrepreneur, engineer and process architect with 30 years of industrial experience. He has led development, production and process projects across three continents, from small businesses to international industrial companies. He is a Calopad co-founder and a board member at BSR Automation.
At AscendX, Patrick combines venture building with client projects. He brings the perspective of the people, systems and processes that need to work together in daily operations.
